This is a second edition published by Herbert Jenkins in 1919. The text block has separated into two blocks and has almost come loose from the binding.

Condition report

This copy is in poor condition, largely because it's separated into two blocks that have almost come loose from the binding. There's a few very small nicks to the cloth (see images). There's also some minor marking, discolouration and rubbing to the boards. The spine mesh is partially visible from the first pastedown and the gutter is slightly worn. There's an inscription dated 1924 on the ffep.
