Condition report

This is a well preserved copy. The pages are clean and the binding is tight. The end pages are tanned but the rest of the pages are largely unaffected. There's an inscription on the ffep dated 1913. There's some minor marking to the boards, including a red stain at the bottom of the back cover. There's a very minor 5mm tear to the cloth at the top of the spine. This said, the boards and cloth are in good condition for a book of this age.
