Condition report

The gutter is slightly worn and the spine mesh is visible from the first pastedown. The front board is still firmly attached. There's a 5.5cm cloth tear to the left edge of the spine. There's some marking and age related wear to both the front and back covers; there's also a couple of loose threads visible from the edge of the spine. There's small nicks to the cloth at the top and bottom of the spine. There's marginalia on a small number of the pages, albeit typically just vertical pencil lines to denote important paragraphs. The rest of the pages are clean, however some are affected by light spotting. The spotting is slightly heavier on the pastedowns and end pages, and the spine mesh is partially visible from the last pastedown. There's also an inscription written in pencil on the first pastedown.
