Overall, both copies are in good condition. The bindings are firm and the pages are generally clean. 1959 edition: This copy is in very good condition. There's some minor discolouration and rubbing to the boards. There's also some spotting to the page edges. 1962 edition: There's some discolouration and very light marking to the boards. There's an inscription on the pastedown dated 1963 and there's also a pen mark on the ffep.
