Overall, this book is in good condition. There's age related wear and rubbing to the dust cover around the corners and edges (see images). There's fairly heavy tanning to the dust cover at the spine. The dust cover also has a few small nicks (<1cm). There's marginalia on some of the pages (roughly 30 pages) and light spotting to the first and last few pages. The boards are in good condition, with only some light marking. The binding is firm and the pages are generally clean. The gutters and pastedowns are intact.
