The pages are generally clean and the text block is tight. There's a slight tear to the cloth at the top of the spine as well as some age related wear and rubbing to the front and back covers. There's foxing on the first few pages and light foxing on the page edges. There's light browning to the bottom of some pages towards the end of the book.
