There's some loose threads around the covers. There's also quite extensive creasing, rubbing and wear to the cloth covering the spine (see images). There's age related wear and marking to the front and back covers (see images). There's a note/inscription on the ffep dated 1929. There's extensive marginalia throughout the book, almost all of which is written in pencil. The binding is fairly tight.
