The pages are clean and the binding is firm. There's some age related wear and marking to the boards (see images). There's also a very small (0.3mm) tear to the cloth at the top of the spine. There's a tear to the furthest edge of pp. 93-95. This tear doesn't affect the content. It's about 1cm wide and 8cm tall.
