The pages are generally clean, the text block is fairly tight and the fold out map is in good condition. There's a tear to the cloth at the bottom of the spine. The front cover is slightly loose but still in place. There are threads of cloth visible from the spine and some age related wear to both covers. There's an inscription on the ffep and notes written in pencil on the last end page.
