Condition report

This is an extremely rare book that's in relatively good condition for its age. There's There's ink blotting and marking to the covers, as well as some minor age related wear. The fold out map is in good condition, albeit affected by heavy foxing. There's more ink blotting on the first fwe pages and a large ink blot on the page edges, however the remainder of the pages are largely unaffected. There's an inscription on the ffep dated 1858. The foxing is largely confined to the first and last few pages. There's 8 pages of advertisements at the back of the book.
