The October 1969 issue (Bulletin No. 47) is in good condition, with clean pages and firm binding. The covers show some spotting, and the staples are worn. The issue includes a balance sheet for June 1969. The October 1970 issue (Bulletin No. 48) is also in good condition overall, but there are doodles and coloured-in letters on the front cover. There is spotting on the back cover, but the pages are generally clean, and the binding is firm.
